Triage Plus is a Managed Service Provider that recognizes the diverse staffing requirements of healthcare facilities. Apart from clinical roles, they also provide support for non-clinical positions to ensure comprehensive staffing solutions to a healthcare workforce shortage.

Mobile Application

Objective

The goal of the Triage Plus MSP App is to create a seamless, modern platform for clients to manage jobs, applicants, submissions, timecards, and more—all while improving mobile usability and updating the overall look and feel. With Triage’s recent acquisition of RTG Staffing and its existing MSP software, the focus is on enhancing what’s already there rather than starting from scratch.

The Problem

When Triage acquired RTG Staffing, it made sense to adopt their established MSP software. However, several areas needed improvement to meet Triage’s standards and brand identity:

  • The app was heavily desktop-focused, making mobile usability clunky and inefficient.
  • The overall design and UI needed a refresh to align with Triage’s updated branding.
  • The project needed to be completed within a tight budget while still delivering a solid user experience.
The Solution

The team is working on improving the app’s mobile experience while keeping desktop functionality strong and intuitive. Branding is being updated throughout the app to match Triage Plus’s look and feel, and we’re focusing on getting the most out of the budget by making thoughtful design and functionality updates where they’ll have the most impact.

This project is currently in the early states and is still in progress.

Brand Visibility

Triage Plus is part of the Triage branded house and needed their own unique elements to enhance brand visibility, attract potential clients, and establish the company’s presence both in-person and online. To support this, we created a variety of branded assets, including a custom PowerPoint presentation, tradeshow materials and displays, print and digital assets. These assets were designed to promote the brand consistently across all touchpoints, ensuring a cohesive and professional look whether in the office, at events, or online.
