Triage Traveler Mobile App

Objective

The Triage Traveler App aims to make the job search process quick, easy, and hassle-free for traveling healthcare professionals. With jobs in this industry moving fast, the goal is to let users apply with minimal effort and get placed quickly.

The Problem

To speed up development, Triage initially integrated an existing software platform. However, this out-of-the-box solution didn’t live up to expectations. The app didn’t offer the same seamless job search experience as the website and lacked key features travelers expected. It was clear that major customization was needed to deliver a consistent experience across both platforms.

The Solution

We’re working to align the app’s experience with the Triage website while improving its design, UI, and functionality. Key focuses include:
Streamlining the application process so users can apply for jobs quickly.

• Identifying and addressing pain points to improve the overall user experience.
